Only upload content that belongs to you
We take copyright very seriously. If you do not own the rights to a certain image or video, then do not upload on SeniorMates, as this behavior violates our Terms and Conditions and will lead to the removal of such content.
Treat the others with respect
Every person has their own preferences and lifestyle. Therefore, you must respect other users' ideas, opinions and content and also follow all the guidelines presented here regarding online behavior:
1. Communicating with other users
Do not repeatedly send unwanted messages to other users, do not harass and do not abuse other members, verbally or by any other means.
2. Posting and sharing content
Do not post or share content and/or messages that may be considered obscene, offensive, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, unlawful, sexual or any other materials and/or messages that violate any rights of the parties involved.
Through "sexual materials" we mean any type of materials that contain sexual elements, including threats of distribution of intimate images, as well as offering sexual services. Among offers of sexual services include prostitution, escort services, massage sex and other sexual activities. We do not tolerate such actions and we will sanction them by blocking that content and/or by restricting the user's access to the site.
3. Illegal actions
Do not post or share content and/or messaged that promote illegal activities so deemed by the applicable law or activities that are prohibited on SeniorMates, including but not limited to: prostitution, escort services, massage sex, other sexual activities, extortion, requests for money or other favors etc. We do not tolerate illicit activities of any kind on SeniorMates and we will sanction them by restricting the user's access to the site and filing a report with the authorities.
Do not perform any actions or communication that include contact information (including but not limited to email addresses, physical addresses, instant messaging IDs. phone numbers, URLs to other websites and other) that may raise suspicions that illegal or prohibited activities are being carried out.
Do not send spam and do not post any content which may be interpreted as advertising for the buying or selling of products and/or other commercial activities. We do not allow such actions on the website and we will restrict your access to the website.
5. Do not pretend to be someone else
Do not use another person's identity and do not pretend to be someone else. Use real information in your profile and do not open a group or couple account.
6. Do not post photos of minors
Do not post content including, referring to or depicting minors, even if they are your own children. You can let other users know that you have children in different ways, by chat or by filling out your profile accordingly, but keep in mind that SeniorMates does not allow posting or sharing photos of minors, even if you're also in the photo.
7. Obscene or pornographic content
Do not post or share explicit, obscene or pornographic content (such as explicit sexual acts, explicit frontal nudity etc.). You can be sexy in the images you upload, but please keep it decent.
8. Personal data
Do not post personal data on your public profile. Do not publish your phone number, physical address or email address on your profile, in your photo gallery or other public sections of the website, because all content that contains this type of information or other personal data will be deleted.
9. Malware, spyware
Do not distribute through the website, regardless of the means and methods used, content or files that contain viruses, files or programs that may harm, disrupt or limit the hardware or software performance of another user's computer.
Make sure you respect the Terms and Conditions of SeniorMates
It doesn't bring us any joy, but we sometimes need to step in if we notice or if it is reported to us that a certain user has violated the code of conduct or our Terms and Conditions. In such cases, we will issue out warnings or we may even completely block those users.
Report any abuse or violation of our policies
SeniorMates is a space that's supposed to bring people together and help them enjoy themselves. We make all the possible efforts to keep it like that, therefore please let us know as soon as possible if you notice any kind of abusive behaviors, abusive content, fake profiles, illicit activities or any other actions that violates the law or our policies.
In order to report such an abuse, you can write as an email or use the Report feature located on each user's profile page.
Regardless of the way in which you choose to report a problem, please provide all the information and evidence that you own regarding the reported issue and please present it using correct language and grammar and also in a logical and easily comprehensible way.
Please keep in mind that if you use the Report feature abusively, without having any legitimate reason to do so, you are yourself at risk of being suspended or blocked from the site.
Make sure you respect the Code of Conduct
If you violate the Terms and Conditions or our Code of Conduct or if we have any suspicion in this regard, we see ourselves forced to take any measure that we see fit, without having the obligation to justify our actions. We may issue warnings, partially or completely suspend a user account, partially or completely suspend access to the site or to the user account, cancel or block the user account, apply money charges and others.
